FESTIVAL MEMBERS

It is our ambition to firmly establish the festival as a summer event of national standing, and we are already planning for the long term of the festival by negotiating an initial term for the festival of twenty-one years.

In order to help secure the future of the festival, The Cornbury Music Festival is offering membership to those individuals and companies who wish to support the Festival.

In return they will receive a package of benefits depending upon the level of support offered:

THE ANNUAL LAUNCH
Each year all members will be invited to the Festival Launch party, where initial plans for the year’s festival will be revealed.

ADVANCE TICKET ALLOCATION
Every year a First Allocation of tickets will be made available to members prior to the box office opening to the public. The festival undertakes that all entitlements will be met in full in terms of the overall number of tickets, but cannot guarantee them in respect of specific days.

Applications will close each year when the box office opens to the public.

Applications for tickets will be made by completing an application form and returning it to the membership office in advance of the relevant date.

MEMBERS AREA
Tickets will be sent to members with passes for them and all their guests to access the exclusive members’ area.

The Members’ area will provide glorious views of Lord Rotherwick’s family home and the Cornbury estate.

A private bar will give members the chance to socialise with their guests and other members away from the hustle and bustle of the 14,000 strong festival crowds.

The members’ area will be the perfect place to meet up with friends and relax between acts, as well as enjoy exclusive live relay of the performances from the safety and comfort of the members’ area.

DINING
Members will of course be able to take advantage of the array of award winning and diverse food on offer. However at lunchtime and suppertime guests may also make use of the members’ dining room, where buffet meals will be served. These meals are prebooked when members purchase their tickets.

FESTIVAL ENTRY
Members will be allowed the quickest possible access onto the estate, and will be sent special vehicle passes with their tickets that should be displayed prominently before arriving at the members’ gate.

The Members’ car parking area will be ideally placed close to the members’ area and the main stage, with members entering through their own dedicated box office and ticket exchange.
